Double Edged Notes offers free shipping via the US Postal Service and also FEDEX EXPRESS SAVER 2-3 Day via FedEx which costs $8 plus $4 for each journal included.
RETURN/REFUND INFORMATION
1) When May You Return Your Products (TimeFrame)
IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR JOURNAL FOR ANY REASON WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PRODUCT PURCHASE. (PURCHASE DATE ON WEBSITE)
2) Delivery Charge on Returning Goods
If you simply decide you do not want your journal or need to return it for any other reason (in other words, the journal was not damaged when you received it), you are responsible for the shipping cost when sending it back to us.
3) Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods
If your journal is damaged in any way, please email a picture of the damage using your cell phone to jeff@doubleedgednotes.com and we will send you a replacement. We will arrange for a replacement at our expense.

5) What is the policy timeframe on returning goods?
Double Edged Notes will accept returns for exchanges or refunds within 30 days of the purchase day.
6) How to request a return or a refund
To request a refund, please send an email to jeff@doubleedgednotes.com with the details and reason for your return. We will provide you with the address needed to return your content.
